Dan Blocker was born on December 10, 1928 in De Kalb, Texas. Weighing 14 pounds at birth, he was reportedly the largest baby ever born in Bowie County, TX. And by the age of 12, he already was 6' tall and weighed 200 lbs.
He unexpectedly died on May 13, 1972, of a pulmonary embolism (a post-op blood clot to the lungs) following a "routine" gall bladder surgery; at the age of 43.
He died shortly before filming was to begin for the Bonanza final season (1972-1973). After his unexpected death, it was decided that his character Hoss would be killed in an accident in an episode of the show.
This was to be the first time in television history that a show had dealt with, or even mentioned, the death of one of its characters.
Although the episode did garner huge ratings for the show, Bonanza was clearly on its last legs, despite its lingering popularity. Bonanza fulfilled its dismal final season of 1972-1973, then went off into rerun and syndication heaven, the final resting place of even the greatest of TV shows.

did the real kelly frost get remarried after lane frost died? in real life not the movie Gto
Yes. Kellie married Mike Macy in 1993. They have two children who are prize-winning youth rodeo competitors.
Lane died in Cheyenne, Wyoming at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo on July 30, 1989 at 3:59 p.m.
After completing an eight second ride that placed him in third place, Lane received a fatal blow from the horns of a bull named “Takin’ Care Of Business”.
According to most accounts, Lane rose to his feet and was walking toward the chutes when he collapsed. It is thought that the broken ribs which penetrated his heart caused his death.
Kellie was not at Cheyenne Frontier Days when Lane was killed. It was the first Frontier Days she did not attend. She was working on the movie
"My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys" as a stunt coordinator.
In 1994, the film 8 Seconds which chronicles the life of Lane Frost was released. While the movie "8 Seconds" was about Lane, it was not a documentary. It was part fact, but it also was part fiction.

No they are not related, Michael Keaton was born Michael John Douglas (on September 5, 1951 in McKees Rocks, Penn). He changed his last name in order to prevent confusion between him and famous actor Michael Douglas.

Patrick Swayze was 35 years old & Cynthia Rhodes was 31 years old when they starred in Dirty Dancing.
"Dirty Dancing" premiered 27 years ago. The movie was not supposed to be successful. Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey apparently hated each other from their previous collaboration in "Red Dawn."
An original main sponsor of the film, Clearasil, backed out when writer and producer Eleanor Bergstein refused to cut the film's abortion subplot. Test screenings were a disaster. Check out these 5 things you didn't know about 'Dirty Dancing' at Huffingtonpost.com.

How old is Kathy Fradella of MASH ? #mash
We found no info online about Kathy Fradella's age.
If this particular detail of Kathy's lifer is not publicly available, it's not surprising at all.
In the opening credits of MAS*H, there was a group of five nurses running towards the chopper pad. The identity of these “running nurses” has been a mystery for decades, specifically, Kathy's. Although they’re in just about every episode, very little is known about these actresses.
A lot of “MAS*H” fans have asked about the brunette nurse fronting the running intro. Would you believe that even 20th Century-Fox, where the series was filmed, didn’t know?
Luckily, on April 16th, 1978, the brunette (who was mistakenly thought to be Michelle Lee) in question did identify herself to The Los Angeles Times.
While there's no link online leading to Kathy's age or birthday, we think that she could be in her 60’s-70's now (sorry, couldn't really be exact).
Found on mash4077tv.com, it was reported that one of the nurses, named Lori Noel, sadly passed away on December 15th, 2014. She was 74.
The nurses, we think, could be around the same ages when they ran together.

Why did actor Nick Adams commit suicide? #suicide #death
Actor Nick Adams’ death certificate was changed several times from homicide to suicide to undetermined.
Nick Adams was found dead on Feb. 7, 1968, apparently, of a drug overdose. The actor was supposed to meet with his lawyer and friend, Erwin Roeder but never showed up. Roeder drove to Nick’s house at 2126 El Roble Lane, West Los Angeles. He found Nick's car in the garage, but no sign of life in the house.
Roeder broke a window and discovered Nick dead in his bedroom, slumped against a wall.
Dr. Thomas Noguchi performed the autopsy and found paraldehyde "in the organs, mixed with sedatives and other drugs - enough to cause instant unconsciousness."
This is a drug to battle alcoholism, but Nick was not a known drinker. No needle mark, pills or weapons were found around his body. But several personal items were missing (his journals, a bronze replica of the hat he wore in his TV series "The Rebel”, the typewriter James Dean had given him and tape recordings.
It's still considered a mystery, and officially it was listed as accidental suicide.
Playwright Allyson Adams, Nick's daughter, believes her father didn't commit suicide. "He always bounced back. I know my dad could go low and he was having a terrible time in his life personally and career wise, but he was a fighter. Everybody who knew my dad said that nobody was tougher than Nick."

Many people think that Leslie Stahl wears a wig, however this information has not been confirmed yet. In an interview by The Women on the Web, Stahl said:
"When I get up and do my hair, I spray it so completely — with cement — that if you called me at five o’clock it would still be cement. I’d be able to run out.""This business of just getting it in place and not having a hair move started when I was covering the White House for CBS. I could be called on to be on camera at any second. No time to play around, not even, really, time to put lipstick on. So you had to be ready at any point during the day. Cement was the solution I came to and it worked. And so I just keep doing that," she added.

Did the actress who played cindy brady die and was she a drug addict? Breakn Boyz Off #cindybrady
No. Susan Olsen who played Cindy Brady, the youngest in a brood of six on the sitcom The Brady Bunch is still alive.
She's been an animal-rights activist and has made a name for herself in the art scene. She has successfully used art as an expression, with her whimsical "Fluffart" and "The Art of Rescue" collections reflecting her love of pop culture and animals, respectively.
She also serves as a spokesperson for migraine awareness (she suffers from frequent migraines) and Asperger syndrome, a disorder on the autism spectrum with which her son, Michael (son with Mitch Markwell), is afflicted.
What we found is that Maureen Denise McCormick (best known for playing Marcia Brady in The Brady Bunch) battled drug addiction after the TV series ended.
But after marrying Michael Cumm!ngs, McCormick confronted her depression and addictions head on. She had several stints in rehab and dabbled in experimental therapy, which proved successful.
She returned to TV in 2007 for VH1's Celebrity Fit Club, losing weight and ultimately winning the onscreen contest. This experience led her to make the connection between her weight gain and depression, and she publicly addressed her mental health and drug issues.
